Who pulls the required building permits?
We do. For any project that requires a permit under Massachusetts building code, we handle the application, itemize the fee in your estimate, and schedule the required inspections.
What happens if you find hidden damage once work starts?
If we open up a wall or roof and find hidden damage — rotted decking, sheathing, or framing, for example — we stop and show you before doing anything further. Additional repair work is billed at $95/hour plus the cost of materials, per your signed contract, and nothing proceeds without your approval.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept checks, major credit cards, and bank transfers. A deposit is required to schedule your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion — your written estimate spells out the exact payment schedule.
